Orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX and USPS

SHIPPING DETAILS
All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and are expected to be delivered through UPS, FEDEX or USPS within 3-5 business days after they’re shipped. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Additional time and surcharges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING OR DELIVERY:
If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect it may cause delays. We understand there could be spelling mistakes or sometimes you forget to mention the apartment number. In that case, our system flags your order and we will reach out to you to verify your address. We will contact you 3 times- once by phone and twice by email. If we don’t hear back from you within 2 business days after our last contact, we will cancel and refund your order.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes
Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so.
INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.
REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Tea Marketplace, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or missing an item or if you have received incorrect product, please contact our consumer relations desk within 5 days of receiving by emailing info@teamarketplace.com.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then report to our consumer relations desk within 5 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full.
CANCEL OR CHANGE IN ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at: info@teamarketplace.com.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped.
