Brewing Instructions for Restaurant Iced Tea Loose Pack Open Brew

Supplies Needed

One 3-4 Oz Pouch Loose Iced Tea Leaf

Professional Tea Brewer with Clean Urn

Filter Paper

Dedicated Iced Tea Brew Basket

Step 1

Place filter paper into brew basket. Pour tea into filter.

Step 2

Slide basket into brewer, place clean urn under basket and press start for 3 gallon brew cycle.

Step 3

Once brewing is compete, transfer to pitchers or serve from urn over ice.

Note

Discard unused tea after 12 hours. Optimal brew temperature is 205 degrees, minimum 195 degrees.
