Brew One Gallon Of Fresh Iced Tea Using A Home, Office or Restaurant Coffee Maker
1 Ounce Pouch of Fesh Brew Iced Tea Leaf or 1 Ounce Loose Tea
Filter Paper and Dedicated Iced Tea Brew Basket
One Gallon Capacity Pitcher
Fill a 1-gal capacity pitcher with 64 oz. (1/2 gal) of room temperature, filtered water.
Place 1 oz filter pack (or pour 1 oz into filter) into tea-dedicated brew basket and brew one carafe (1/2 gal) of tea.
Slowly (to avoid clouding) pour warm tea-concentrate into prepared pitcher of water. Stir gently.
Pour into serving urn or serve from pitcher over ice.
It may seem like a nit, but it's important to pour the warm tea into (not visa versa) the room temp water to avoid cloudiness. Optimal brew temperature is 205 degrees, minimum 195 degrees. Discard unused tea after 12 hours.
