BREWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESTAURANT ICED TEA FILTER PACK FORMAT

Supplies Needed

One filter pack iced tea for a 3 gallon brew yield

Professional Tea Brewer with Clean Urn

Iced Tea-Dedicated Brew Basket

Step 1

Place iced tea pouch into clean tea-dedicated brew basket.

Step 2

Slide basket into brewer over clean urn. Press Start for 3 gallon brew cycle.

Step 3

Once brew cycle is complete, transfer to pitchers or serve from urn over ice.

Note

Discard unused tea after 12 hours. Optimal brew temperature is 205 degrees, minimum of 195.
